A BILL to repeal article nine, chapter four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the legislative committee on pensions and retirement.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of article creating the legislative committee on pensions and retirement.

Article nine, chapter four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the statute which created the Legislative Committee on Pensions and Retirement. The committee is now created under the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates.
